We recommend trying out the tech for a few hours first, then take it off. Notice how they make you feel when they are on, and again when you take them back off. Try the first or second night wearing them to bed, again notice how your sleep differs. We do recommend clearing the plasma like you would a crystal, every 3-7days depending on your environment. The plasma will pick up energy from people within a 30ft radius, as well as yourself, just be mindful of this.
