Cancellation Policies  

Workshop Cancellation   Policies:  We understand that things happen in life. We also ask you to understand that we have expenses for bringing Presenters to the ranch and preparing for workshops. Therefore we do have cancellation fees for workshops and accommodation.  Workshop Cancelled 31 days prior to event start Cancellation fee: 50% + $5 ticketing fee (50% refunded)  Workshop Cancelled between 30 days prior & 15 days prior Cancellation fee: 75% + $5 ticketing fee (25% refunded)  Workshop Cancelled 14 days prior or less – Workshop Registration is non-refundable 14 days out.

​Healing Session Cancellation Policies Cancelled more than 72 hours before scheduled appointment – $25 cancellation fee  Cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment – Session is non-refundable

​Accommodation As we have limited accommodations at ECETI we require up front payment for room accommodations during events. The room cancellation penalty is:  Cancelled  up to 31 days prior to arrival (including early arrivals): one night accommodation nonrefundable.  Cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival – 100% nonrefundable.  See note below.  ECETI’s Volunteer Crew does not have the manpower to actively try to rebook your cancelled room for you.  As a courtesy, in the event that there is a waitlist and we are able rebook your room you will still be held liable for any night’s not rebooked plus a $50 administrative fee.  We will refund any balance of rooms that resell within two weeks of the end of the workshop.  We will contact you if this takes place.

​Camping  Cancelled up to 15 days prior to arrival (including early arrivals): $15 nonrefundable per reservation Cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival – one night’s camping nonrefundable
