FAQ'S
Throughout the years, the Ranch and its stewards have caught the attention of a number of agencies of the control system & at one point it was uncertain if the Ranch would even continue to exist!… In order to continue our mission and facilitate the numerous requests we receive from around the planet, a number of changes have been of practical necessity to implement. This has included correcting the status of the Land. To accomplish this the Registration of the Land with the County has been specifically withdrawn. The Land has been patented. Even the former civic address has been rescinded and is no longer used. Operation in the private is our remedy and therefore, visitation to the ranch is by prior reservation only. Please do not come without an appointment. Our schedule is often full. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. From time to time we organize private events designed to assist in the awakening and healing of humanity and the earth. This season we have a number of special weekend visitation opportunities to choose from. During these private events the ranch is reserved for visitors who are attending that event. Casual camping or Skywatching is sometimes not available during these private weekends if you are not registered for the weekend workshop. Some events are held at the same time as Camping and Skywatch, but the workshops are exclusive to those registered for them. We ask that all guests be self-sufficient and focused on self- mastery and personal discovery. Respecting the land, people, animals and energy is a requirement for all visiting guests. All donations go to sustain and maintain the Ranch and its stewards. Thank you for your generosity!
SKYWATCH/PRIVATE GUEST All private guests will sign a waiver of liability, and private contract upon arrival/check in. Guest registration is located in the Lounge under the Meditation Room (behind the main house next to green house) If no one is in the lounge area please take a walk around outside to locate someone. All guests will take full responsibility and Liability for their actions while visiting the property. Should it be necessary, guests agree to leave should they be asked to for any reason. All Donations support the ranch and ECETI Crew in the pursuit of continued service. This season we will be inviting private guests to visit Thursday through Monday with a reservation. The Conference is the only exception being a week long event. Please register online before arriving to ensure we can accommodate your visit. SkyWatching Only – when you are not staying at ECETI – is a $15 suggested donation in advance when you register. Should you feel moved to make an additional donation on site please find one of the ECETI Crew in the office. On Scheduled weekends we have Group SkyWatch with James and ECETI Crew using infrared and 3rd generation night vision technology. Other times James or ECETI Crew may not be available and sky watching may be open to guests to create a unique personally guided experience. If you are not staying at ECETI, hosted SkyWatch takes place on Friday and Saturday, in most cases hosted by James Gilliland. If you are staying at ECETI the ECETI Crew will also host SkyWatch on Thursday and Monday nights.
ON SITE CAMPING/LODGING INFORMATION -CAMPING – register online Camping is a minimum suggested donation $35 per night/per tent/camp site/RV/trailer/camping in your vehicle (up to 3 guests per group additional guests per tent $10 each, additional tents per group $35 each). Please check weather forecast prior to visit to ensure you are prepared. We do not refund your stay if the weather is not to your liking. Bring all food, coolers, and items you would need when camping. Outdoor cooking is contingent on whether or not there is a fire ban in place. You may bring a small propane campstove. Please do not bring Styrofoam to the ranch. Our drinking water is also excellent, fluoride free. Campers have access to the bathrooms located behind the Conference Hall, which include showers, toilets, and a sink. Please bring your own towel and soaps.
ROOMS – Please register online through our Events page link. Rooms are available by online reservation. Calling the main number to check on availability can be a hit and miss game and may delay your visit. Please be advised that we are not a hotel. If you are looking to have the comforts of a hotel, there is a list of local hotels on our FAQ. All of our rooms are very basic and rustic. None of the rooms have their own bathroom. There are a limited number of rooms available. As we are limited in the number of rooms we have we require deposits for all rooms and full prepayment for the Eagles Nest and Guest House Rooms as these are the most popular. There is a non-refundable deposit of $25 per night for rooms and a 48 hour cancellation policy. The room rate depends on the number of people in the room and the type of room you select. If a room category is not showing for the weekend you are looking at coming it means that all of those room types are sold out. All of our laundry is washed & fresh for your arrival.

MY PHOTOS/VIDEOS ECETI continues to build our library of UFO footage, orb footage, fairy footage and event footage with the assistance of our Guests. When you visit ECETI and sign the waiver you also agree to share with us, upon our request, the photos, videos and audio you capture during your stay and release permission to use said footage and your likeness in said footage on our website and in our presentations. Guests also agree to release for use any and all footage captured onsite that includes said guest on property, whether the footage was taken by Guest, another Guest, hired photographer or ECETI Crew. If you have any questions regarding this, please see an ECETI Crew member.
PETS IMPORTANT: As the result of two instances in 2015 where guests’ dogs bit either humans or ranch dogs ECETI is now strictly enforcing no pets allowed. This includes service animals. (It was a guest’s service animal that attacked our ranch dogs.) If you do not adhere to this policy you will be asked to leave and will forfeit any deposits/payments made, so please make other arrangements for your pets prior to booking your reservation. There are no longer any exceptions. Your pup may be well behaved and truly an amazing being, we just cannot accommodate your pets. We cannot risk the liability. Thank you for your understanding
CAMPFIRES Much of the summer months, starting on July 1st, there is a serious burn ban in effect and no fires are permitted for the safety of our surrounding forests. When fires are permitted, they may only be built in the designated fire pit—please contact one of the ECETI Crew to get permission and help you get started as the fire pit is next to James’ house. We often build group fires during the appropriate season.
TRANS PERSONAL RELEASE SESSION WITH JAMES One of the most powerful therapies on the planet is the Spiritual Transpersonal Release Technique. This was once known as Retro Clearing – endearingly referred to as a spiritual roto-rooter. It is a technique that transfers powerful consciousness and energy to the recipient allowing them to heal, “Quickly and Gracefully: mental or emotional wounds, traumas or wrong conclusions from past experiences.” This includes past lives and unseen negative influences as well. Many of our fears and phobias often do not have any base of origin in this life. This is when past lives have to be taken into account. We are more than the sum total of this life experience. Unseen spiritual forces affect our mental and emotional bodies in positive and negative ways. It is time to open to the positive and heal the negative. A TPRS is a $200 minimum suggested donation. Limited offerings each week as remote sessions, are available. We are no longer offering in person TPRS sessions at this time. Please register online to schedule a remote session through the Events page link, where you will find the ECETI Event Calendar.
MASSAGE, BODY WORK AND HEALING MODALITIES We also offer various Modalities including Massage/Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Acute Energy Healing, and Quantum Biofeedback services. Please review and schedule your appointment on the same page as you register to come to the ranch (the weekend you’re coming). There are limited offerings so it is suggested to schedule prior to arrival.
SELF SUFFICIENCY AND LENDING A HAND Please be self-sufficient during your stay. Please clean up after yourself, especially in common areas. We ask that our guests approach their stay here with the spirit of service. If you see something that needs to be done—help is always appreciated (cleaning, dishes in the guest house, garbage, sweeping, etc) Dedication to service and the uplifting and healing of humanity and the earth is why we are all here, so if you so choose to participate it would be wonderful! Per requests from our previous guests we have now included a way to sign up ahead of time to “Lend a Hand” during your stay. See the final category on the registration checkout form for the weekend you’ll be coming to visit. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR GARBAGE, EMPTY BOTTLES AND OTHER TRASH ON SKYWATCH FIELD. PLEASE HONOR THE LAND AND PICK UP AFTER YOURSELVES. IF YOU MUST SMOKE CIGARETTES PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF NON-SMOKING GUESTS AND ONLY SMOKE IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE OR AT THE FIRE PIT. DO NOT SMOKE ON SKYWATCH FIELD AND PUT YOUR CIGARETTE BUTTS IN THE TRASH NOT ON THE GROUND.
VOLUNTEER EXCHANGE There are occasionally short-term opportunities for volunteer exchange here at the sanctuary (as needed). All exchanges will be reviewed and pre- approved based upon project needs and availability. Please inquire at ecetireservations [at] gmail [dot] com for further details. Please note that an exchange would need to be preceded by an initial visit and meeting and interview with the ECETI Crew before an exchange could be approved. All Volunteers will sign a work exchange contract. We reserve the right to terminate volunteer agreements at any time for any reason. The ranch is not open for extended stays or resident opportunities at this time. If you are financially challenged and are in need of a work exchange for camping fees, please let us know and we will see what we can arrange.
SMOKING Smoking is permitted in your own vehicle or at the campfire pit only. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the land. Please do not smoke on Skywatch Field as there are nonsmoking guests there in the evening. Thank you!
DRUGS/ALCOHOL POLICY This is a healing sanctuary. Please support the energy by going with the flow…. Self- mastery is the focus. Respect yourself and others by adjusting to the energies here without the use of outside influences. You will have the most amazing experience with a clear body/mind! Please reflect the energy of the moment and adjust to the tone, volume, and energy around you. Absolutely no consumption of alcohol. We have been given strong guidance by Cazekiel and Bacal and our Star Family to protect the StarGate this year as the frequencies are in the process of recalibrating to an even higher vibration. Therefore, although we honor free will when it comes to the use of recreational or medical marijuana we require guests to honor the Ranch’s policy of being a Marijuana, Drug and Alcohol Free Zone. This is crucial to prevent the diversion of energy from supporting the StarGate to clearing the entities that use the openings of artificially altered states to infiltrate the StarGate. If you are not comfortable with our policy we honor you and wish you well in locating a retreat center more in alignment with your beliefs. ECETI reserves the right to remove volunteers or guests who do not adhere to our Marijuana, Drug and Alcohol Free Zone policy from the property and all funds paid for workshops or accommodations or SkyWatch will be forfeited for non-adherence to this policy.
