Please be advised that we are not a hotel. If you are looking to have the comforts of a hotel, there is a list of local hotels in the latter half of our FAQ. All of our rooms are very basic and rustic. None of the rooms have their own bathroom. There are a limited number of rooms available.
Check in is at 3 PM on day of arrival.
Check-in/Registration Office closes at 7:30 PM nightly and you may not arrive after that time.
If you are delayed or have a late arrival please make alternate arrangements for housing and arrive the next day. Local Accommodations can be found here.
On day of departure we ask you please check out by 11 AM.
Breakfast can be purchased when you book your reservation or at the office for a cost of $25.
NO PET POLICY
There is a non-refundable deposit of $25 for rooms and a 48 hour cancellation policy. The suggested minimum donation depends on the number of people in the room and the type of room you select. If a room category is not showing for the weekend you are looking at coming it means that all of those room types are already reserved. All of our linens are washed & fresh for your arrival.
All guests are invited to visit the ranch by advance online registration only. Maximum stay is 1 to 4 Nights arriving on Thursday and departing on Monday only.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!
ECETI
This season, ECETI staff are aware that many potential guests to the ranch may have received one or more of the experimental SARS-COV-2 injections that are subject to emergency use. However, these injections have not been fully approved by the FDA to ensure long term safety and efficacy in human populations. Based on a review of the data on the CDC's VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) website, ECETI staff are requesting that anyone who has received one or more of the experimental SARS-COV-2 injections refrain from attending events in person at the ranch for the 2024 season. ECETI and it's staff do not carry insurance coverage to manage potential adverse events and reactions that may occur for injected guests while visiting the ranch, and are not willing to assume such risks. Due to reports of adverse effects in uninjected women and children, especially in pregnant women, who share living spaces (bathrooms, linens, kitchens, etc.) with those who have received injections, ECETI staff will await deeper scientific investigation and study into the potential effects of "shedding" and/or "transmission" of spike proteins between those who have received injections and those who have not before reconsidering this position and facilitating an environment where uninjected individuals, women, and children may be put at risk of such exposure. We thank you in advance for respecting and honoring these parameters for the 2024 event season.
