Workshop Schedule: You may arrive at ECETI as early as Thursday June 29th at 3pm. The workshop is a 3 Days Friday night June 30th at 7PM opening Ceremony and then skywatch. Saturday 11am to 4pm Skywatch at 10pm. Sunday 10am to 2pm with closing Ceremony. The latest departure is Monday by 11am on July 3rd. Please go to email ecetiranch@gmail.com for all lodging.
Sign up for catering at the same time you book the workshop if you desire. Catering will be for bunch and dinner farm to table organic omnivore and vegetarian options.
Check-in/Registration Office closes at 7:00 pm nightly and you may not arrive after that time. If you are delayed or have a late arrival please make alternate arrangements for housing and arrive the next day. Due to the length of this conference you will be allowed to check in Thursday after 3pm.

WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY:
We understand that things happen in life. We also ask you to understand that we have expenses for bringing Presenters to the ranch and preparing for workshops. Therefore we do have cancellation fees for workshops, accommodation and catering. Full refund if canceled by May 30th. If canceled between May 31th to June 9th the Cancellation fee: 15%, (85%) refunded. If cancelled on June 10th to July 2nd non-refundable.
